1. The program

WINGOMART (paddleboardswm.com, operated in Canada) pays approved affiliates a commission on qualifying sales referred through their unique affiliate link or discount code. Applying is free. We review every application and may accept or decline at our discretion.

2. Commission & tracking

• Base commission: 10% of the order subtotal (product total before shipping and taxes, after discounts).
• Tier bonus: 12% for the rest of any quarter in which you reach 5+ qualifying sales.
• Attribution: last click, 60-day cookie. Your discount code also credits the sale to you even if the cookie is lost.
• A sale qualifies when the order is paid and not cancelled, refunded, or charged back.

3. Payouts

• Monthly, for balances of $50 CAD or more (smaller balances roll over).
• NET-30 validation hold: commissions become payable 30 days after the order, so refunds and chargebacks can be deducted first.
• Methods: PayPal or Interac e-Transfer (Canada). Commissions are calculated and paid in CAD.
• You are responsible for your own taxes. Canadian affiliates paid $500+ in a calendar year may receive a CRA T4A slip and will be asked for the required details at that point.

4. Disclosure (mandatory)

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in every post, video, or page that uses your link or code — visibly, without clicking "more" (e.g. "#Affiliate", "I earn a commission from purchases through this link"). This is required by the FTC (US) and the Competition Act / Ad Standards guidelines (Canada). Quebec-facing content must disclose in French. Repeated failure to disclose ends the partnership.

5. Not allowed

• Self-referrals: using your own link or code for yourself, your household, or immediate family.
• Brand bidding: paid search ads on "WINGOMART", "paddleboardswm", misspellings, or "+ coupon/discount" variants; and ads that link directly to our site.
• Posting your code on coupon or deal sites without written permission.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, browser extensions or toolbars, iframes, or any artificial tracking.
• False or unverifiable claims about the products (invented specs, fake reviews, fake scarcity).
• Content that is hateful, adult, illegal, or otherwise brand-unsafe.

Violations forfeit unpaid commissions and end the partnership immediately.

6. Creatives & trademark

We provide approved logos, images, and banners (welcome kit). Use them as provided. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the WINGOMART name and materials only to promote the program. Do not register domains, social handles, or apps containing our name.

7. Housekeeping

• We may change commission rates, cookie duration, or these terms with 14 days' email notice; changes are not retroactive to already-earned commissions.
• Either side can end the partnership at any time; validated, unpaid commissions above the $50 threshold are still paid on the next cycle.
• The program is governed by the laws of Canada.
