Shipping Policy
Every WINGOMART order ships from our warehouse in Canada and is priced in Canadian dollars (CAD). Here's everything you need to know about getting your board to your door.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
Delivery times
Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days across most of Canada after processing. Deliveries to remote, rural, or northern areas may take a few extra days.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $130 CAD.
- Orders under $130 CAD are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship across Canada. If you'd like to order from outside Canada, email Info@wingomart.com and we'll let you know whether we can help.
Correct delivery information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it has shipped, and we aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us because of a wrong address, we'll reship it once any additional shipping cost is covered.
Shipping delays
Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is in the carrier's hands. While delays are rare, events such as severe weather, peak-season volume, or carrier disruptions can affect timing. We can't be held liable for carrier delays, but we'll always help you track down your order.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at Info@wingomart.com. We'll open an investigation or claim with the carrier and make it right.
Customs & duties
Because orders ship from within Canada and are priced in CAD, no additional import duties or customs fees apply for Canadian customers.
