Return & Refund Policy

At WINGOMART, we want you out on the water with total confidence. If your board isn't the right fit, this policy explains exactly how returns, refunds, and exchanges work — clearly and fairly.

14-day return window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (pump, paddle, fin, leash, and bag where applicable).

How to start a return

Email us at Info@wingomart.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within one business day with simple step-by-step instructions and the return address. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us — unauthorized returns can't be processed.

Return shipping costs

  • If you're returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is due to our error or a defective or damaged item, we cover return shipping — at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit-card company or bank, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received it, email Info@wingomart.com and we'll help right away.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We'll arrange a free replacement, repair, or refund. Manufacturing defects are also covered by your 1-year warranty (extendable up to 3 years) at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Need a different size or model? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want, so you receive it as quickly as possible.

Sale and discounted items

Items bought on sale are eligible for return under the same 14-day terms, unless they were clearly marked final sale at the time of purchase.

Non-returnable items

  • Items requested more than 14 days after delivery
  • Boards showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by misuse
  • Items returned without their original packaging or accessories
  • Gift cards and items marked final sale

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard return process applies.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law. These terms are offered in addition to — not instead of — your statutory rights.
