Welcome to paddleboardswm.com. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully — they form a binding agreement between you and WINGOMART Paddle Boards.

Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory and able to enter into a binding contract.

Products & pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We work hard to display products, colours, and details accurately, but actual items may vary slightly. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Shipping & returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

Warranty

Every board includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, extendable up to 3 years with our warranty protection. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper storage, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

Safe use & assumption of risk

Paddleboarding and other water activities carry inherent risks. You are responsible for using our products safely, wearing an approved personal flotation device, checking conditions, and following all local laws and safety guidelines. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with the use of our products.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to resell our products without authorization.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of WINGOMART Paddle Boards and is protected by intellectual-property laws. It may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission.

Reviews & submitted content

If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share it for marketing and store purposes. You're responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the express warranty described above, our products and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without further warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WINGOMART will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WINGOMART Paddle Boards and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our products or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. We'll always try to resolve any concern informally first — please contact us before taking any other step. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be subject to the courts of Québec.

Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. Together with our policies, these Terms make up the entire agreement between you and WINGOMART.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
